MATERIALS NEEDED:

* One Plastic Jar with Lid, 36 oz. (Mine originally held mini dog bones!)
* Card stock.
* Glue stick or clear tape.
* Ribbon.
* Scissors.
* Optional: Laminating sheets.

Graphics are from the CC53: Westies clipart set.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Open a landscape sheet in your print program.
Import the Super Star Reward Jar templates onto your sheet. You should be able to get front and back on one sheet.
Import your chosen graphics.
Print on cardstock on your printers highest setting.
Laminate all the pieces if you wish. Cut out each piece.
Glue or tape the back label first onto the jar.
Layer the front label over the back piece and glue or tape the sides together.
Embellish with a ribbon on the top and bottom of the label.
It's ready to fill with any goodies you wish. I will be filling this with erasers, stickers, and small toys for all the Super Stars in my classroom!
