MATERIALS NEEDED:

* Card stock.
* Tape.
* Razor blade.
* Optional: Laminator & laminating sheets, embellishments.
* Valentine Topper template.

Teddybears in heart and pink background are from CC5: Spring/love.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Open a sheet in your print program. Import the Heart Topper template. Import your chosen background and graphics. Add titles or headlines to suit your needs. Print on highest setting.

Laminate.

Cut the pieces out.

Using the razor blade, carefully cut the heart top out.

Fold on the dotted line found on the template.

Slide your candy filled snack size zip bag under the folded topper and tape the topper to the bag.

Embellish as you wish.

Now it's ready to go as a quick party favor!
