Another (see also page 57) lovely card created by Barbara Clooney, UK. She wrote:

"This one is decoupaged. Perfect for a Family moving into a new home. Decoupaged. Lacquered the reeds brad effects and also the eyes. Frogs eyes are quite round and bulging and tried to achieve that with few layers of lacquer. Glittered in spots, and finished off with a bow."
